About me
Paul Pollaro earned a degree in Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems from the University of New Hampshire, following hands-on experience working on several organic farms in New Hampshire. Currently, Paul works as the TOPP Project Manager at the Maine Grain Alliance. He is also a member of the sales team at Maine Grains and a seed restorationist at the Heritage Harvest Project (HHP), preserving historic and endangered varieties of grains and vegetable crops at risk of extinction.
