Zach
Martinucci founded Rebel Bread in 2018 — a community bakery and bread
school in Denver, CO — after studying Culinary Anthropology at UCLA and
completing a professional bread program at the San Francisco Baking
Institute. He's spent years designing and teaching baking classes, most
recently opening Rebel Bread's first Teaching Kitchen with a fall
semester of ten unique offerings from five instructors. Zach believes
that food can and should tell the story of who we are. And that a good
gathering — whether it's a dinner, a workshop, or a farmers market — has
the power to build real community.
Zach
is attending the Kneading Conference with longtime staff from Rebel
Bread. He spends his time climbing, going out for coffee, and making
everything into gnocchi.
