About me
So, this is my retirement job. After 34 year as and teacher and school principal I opened a cottage based kitchen selling sourdough bread and going to local markets. I recent partnered with the local school's 18-22 year special need program to open a brick and mortar location. We sell lots of bread and rolls. I have a great staff of bakers and a great group of students that help me make the business work.
